La stragista

Oggi era l'ultimo giorno da stragista al Comune. Però è bello essere salutati con un mazzo di tulipani.

Il prossimo martedì proverò a dare l'esame di stato. 

Ieri sera, invece di ripassare storia dei giardini, leggevo questi post 1 2 3 e 4  ma sopratutto leggevo i commenti e le discussioni relative.

Insomma tiravo le somme e ripensavo agli anni dell'università. 

Questa sera per acquietare l'ansia sfoglio questo manuale: 

Astrid Zimmerman; Constructing landscape materials, techniques, structural  components; ed. BIRKHÄUSER  (2011)

Per chi, nonostante tutto, volesse cominciare lo strano (per l'italia) percorso verso l'architettura del paesaggio penso che questo manuale potrebbe essere di grande aiuto.

Se fossi una persona più ottimista e pragmatica forse avrei scritto una recensione del genere per questo meraviglioso manuale...

Everything you wanted to know about Landscape Architecture that they don't teach you at University. It's a huge book but really in depth and very clear without the wishy washy approach, straight to the point just how I like it! I bought this book, it's not cheap but I guarantee you will use it all the way through your undergraduate studies and most likely beyond! Worth it's weight in gold! Drainage? Gradients? Earthworks? Materials? No problem!

......invece, mi limito a riportarla! ;)
